The Minimum Educational Requirement For This Position:
Matric Certificate or vocational in grade 12 national certificate

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers and inform them about any services offered:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting all customers warmly and informing them about the range of services available at Capitec Bank
Assist clients at ATMs about Enquiries:
- Includes guiding them through various inquiries such as checking balances, viewing transaction history and resolving common ATM-related issues. Ensure customers feel comfortable and confident in using the ATM independently.
Assist Clients with Transactions and Navigating through Capitec digital services (APP)
- Assisting with tasks such as fund transfers, bill payments, statement downloads, and other functionalities offered within the app.
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of the app to encourage adoption and usage, ultimately empowering them to manage their finances conveniently.
