Job Description:
Provide complete customer support in the shop.
Arrange products, label prices on shelves, and maintain cleanliness in your assigned section.
What you need:
- Need at least a Grade 10 education or its equivalent, along with one year of work experience, OR
- A Grade 12 certificate is acceptable, even with no work history
- Must be fluent in English and the primary language spoken in the job’s location
- Must have a valid South African ID or the legal right to work in South Africa
- Should be skilled in simple math
- Must be willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to cope with pressure in the workplace

Helping Customers:
- Assist shoppers by offering guidance and responding to product inquiries.
- Address and resolve customer issues.
- Merchandising Rules:
- Maintain a neat and safe stockroom and sales floor.
- Ensure your designated section has enough products according to the store’s design and strategy.
