Pepkor Lifestyle Is Offering Learnership (W&R SETA funded)

Pepkor Lifestyle (which includes HiFi Corporation, Incredible Connection, Bradlows, Sleepmasters, Russells, and Rochester) is offering a learnership that is paid for by the Wholesale & Retail SETA. We want energetic and enthusiastic young people to join our 12-month program, also funded by the Wholesale & Retail SETA. This is a great chance for people to build their careers at Pepkor Lifestyle (HiFi Corporation, Incredible Connection, Bradlows, Sleepmasters, Russells, and Rochester).
We are offering candidates a great opportunity to enter the World of Work. This program’s major goal is to develop individuals who will bring their potential to the organisation.

The successful candidates will gain experience in many areas in wholesale and retail. We are offering Learnerships in the Retail Sector in all 9 provinces.
Aspects to be covered during Learnership in store (12 Months)
- Help shoppers in the store (customer help).
- Promote and arrange items, and keep displays neat.
- Basic English skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Enter sales and take payments using the store’s system.
- Know how wholesale and retail work.
- Start new customer accounts.
- Keep track of stock and prevent items from being lost or stolen.
Characteristics the company is looking for:
- Possess a positive and proactive approach.
- Focused on helping customers.
- Speak English very well.
- Very enthusiastic and driven.
- Eager to learn new things.
- Able to figure out solutions to issues.
- Flexible and able to adjust to changes.
To apply for the Learnership, candidates must:
- You must have a Matric certificate or a similar qualification.
- You must be a South African citizen and have no criminal history.

- Certified copies (not older than 3 months) of ID, certificates/qualifications, transcript/tertiary results (if applicable)
