Key Responsibilities:
- Decide what stock needs to be displayed.
- Figure out how much stock is needed.
- Examine the age of the products, their quality on the shelves, how well the stock is rotated, and the price labels.
- Do the merchandising tasks according to the plan.
- Give information about what customers complain about, ask, and want.
- Share and keep up-to-date on product and promotion details.
- Accurately document what merchandising work is done.
- Make visits as scheduled.
- Tell the Regional Sales Manager about products that are not available.
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Needs to speak and write very well.
- Must be energetic and enthusiastic.
- A current driver’s license is necessary.
