Catch – Call Centre Agent (Permanent Position)

Be an expert in the kind of customer service we provide, like Wealth portfolios, short term insurance, Financial matters, and other parts of our business.

Basic Needs:

  • High school certificate.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience working in a Call Centre or doing Telesales.

What we need from you:

  • Excellent speaking and writing skills.
  • Ability to really listen to people.
  • Very good at connecting with people and building relationships.
  • Able to be patient and understanding.
  • Good at managing your time and staying organized.
  • Able to change and adjust to new things easily.
  • Able to handle working in a busy and quick-moving workplace.
  • Able to solve problems, either simple or complex, depending on the job and what we do.
  • Good with computers.
  • Know our Company’s products and/or services very well.

Duties:

  • Pitch the business to potential new clients and book appointments with doctors for the financial advisor’s visit.
  • Source leads from the different databases.
  • Work closely with the financial advisors and their teams.
  • Book appointments in accordance with the financial advisor’s diaries.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Know how to speak with our target market of medical professionals.
  • Make a noticeable contribution to new business revenue.
