The Stallion Learning Centre presents a comprehensive 12-month Security Officer Learnership program, meticulously designed to equip aspiring security professionals with the foundational knowledge, practical skills and industry-recognised certifications necessary to flourish in the dynamic and demanding private security sector.

This immersive learnership goes beyond basic training, offering a holistic learning experience that blends theoretical instruction with valuable hands-on experience in real-world scenarios.
Through a carefully curated curriculum, participants will delve into critical areas such as security legislation, access control procedures, emergency response protocols, conflict resolution techniques and risk assessment methodologies.
Expert instructors, seasoned in the field of security, will guide learners through the complexities of the industry, ensuring they develop a strong understanding of their responsibilities and the ethical considerations inherent in the profession.
The hands-on component of the learnership is paramount, providing participants with the opportunity to apply their newly acquired knowledge in simulated and controlled environments.
This practical training includes drills, exercises, and role-playing scenarios designed to hone their skills in observation, communication, and problem-solving under pressure. Furthermore, opportunities for on-site experience at various security posts may be arranged, allowing learners to witness firsthand the day-to-day realities of working as a security officer.

Requirements
- Must have a high school certificate.
- Applicants should be between 18 and 26 years old.
- Must have a clean criminal history.
- Must be currently without a job.
- Must be a citizen of South Africa.
- Cannot be currently studying at any school or university.
