Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is offering qualifying learners the opportunity to enroll in a Packaging Learnership Phase 2. This program provides an NQF 3 Personal Leadership Development SAQA registered qualification, ID: 83946 National Certificate: Management. The qualification aims to fully develop the learner within the food and beverage packaging environment, enhancing recognition, mobility, and portability within the beverage manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods sectors.
Learnership Overview
The qualified learner will be exposed to:
A structured learning program combining theoretical training and on-the-job learning.
Bottling processes and procedures.
Safety and housekeeping standards.
Quality tests and specifications.
Beverage handling practices.Key Duties & Responsibilities

Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications/Experience:
Must have completed National Certificate: Food and Beverage Packaging Operations NQF3.
Must be a South African Citizen.
Grade 12 with Mathematics & Physical Science (NOT Maths Literacy).
Must be an Employment Equity candidate.
Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership at another company or organization.
Must have been unemployed at the time of appointment.
N5/N6 advantageous.
Must be between 18-35 years of age.
