Retail Sales Associate
PERMANENT PART-TIMER
JOB PURPOSE
Help managers keep the store in good shape every day, give great customer service, and follow all store rules and guidelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Makes sure every customer gets the best service adidas offers.
- Handles sales like taking cash, credit, and checks when required.
- Helps with product ticketing and makes sure paperwork matches the items received.
- Sometimes helps move products from the back room to the sales floor.
- Helps set up product displays or follows instructions from the store managers.
- Learns how to use the store’s sales system well. Follows the rules to keep everything correct.
- Uses sales methods like suggesting extra items and explaining product details to increase sales and meet targets.
- Welcomes customers and helps them find what they need. May work mainly as a greeter at the entrance when the store is busy.
- Keeps the store clean and tidy.
- Protects the company’s property.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Love working with customers and in stores.
- Able to work independently and make good decisions.
- Good at talking to people in a friendly and positive way.
- Available to work different shifts, like weekdays, nights, and weekends.
- Experience in selling clothes is a plus, but not required.
