As a Technical Intern, you’ll be an integral part of our store’s technical team, working alongside experienced technicians to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, install and troubleshoot software, and provide support to our customers. You’ll get hands-on experience with the latest Apple products and technologies, including Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and more.

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You should have a strong passion for technology and a desire to help customers get the most out of their Apple products.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Finished high school.
  • Completed A+ and N+ certifications.
  • Knows the basics of computer parts and programs.
  • Understands common computer systems like Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Has a basic grasp of how computer networks work.
  • Can find and fix tech issues.
  • Communicates well with others.
  • Works well with a team.
  • Focuses on providing great customer service.
  • Knows how to use support ticket systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Help customers with technical problems in the store and on the phone.
  • Find and fix software issues.
  • Set up new computer parts and programs for customers.
  • Help customers learn how to use their Apple devices.
  • Keep detailed notes about customer help sessions and repairs.
  • Work with other tech team members to keep the store running well.
