AVBOB, in partnership with INSETA, is hosting a twelve (12) months Long Term Insurance Unemployed Learnership programme, NQF Level 4, 140 credits. Should you feel that you have what it takes to become a success in the Insurance sector, you are encouraged to take up this opportunity.
A monthly allowance (stipend) will be paid to the learner for the duration of the learnership.
The company reserves the right to determine the placement of the learner.

Job Requirements
Need to be willing to work in our offices in any of the above provinces/branches.
- You need a valid high school diploma.
- You must have studied English and either Maths, Maths Literacy, or Accounting in high school.
- You should be 18 to 35 years old.
- You shouldn’t have done a learnership before.
- You must not be signed up at another school or doing other studies.
- You must have a way to get around reliably.
- Having a smartphone or laptop is helpful.
- You need to be able to communicate well.
- Good computer skills (like using MS Office, email, and the internet) are helpful.
- You should be able to work on your own and take charge.
- You must be a citizen of South Africa.
