Job Objectives:
- Do all tasks at the checkout quickly and well.
- Scan items correctly and handle payments, including clubcard points, with great care.
- Always keep cash safe.
- Actively try to get people to join the Clicks clubcard program to meet membership goals.
- Tell customers about deals so they buy more and feel happy with their savings.
- Give excellent customer service by representing the brand well, being easy to find, and being nice and professional.
- Keep the store tidy and well-stocked following the rules for how things should look.
- Help the company become the top choice for health and beauty by following its values.
- Stay up-to-date on products, deals, and events to give customers the right information.

Minimum Requirements
Experience:
Desirable: experience in a customer facing role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment
Education:
Essential: Grade 12
