Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity for you in Manufacturing & Technical Department. We are looking for young talented individuals for Packaging Learnership opportunities. The successful applicants will report directly to the Training Controller.

MAIN GOAL
This training program helps people grow in the food and drink packaging industry. It gives them skills that are recognized and useful for moving up or working in different beverage and consumer goods companies. Those in the program will finish with a National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging, which is a Level 3 qualification.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
LEARNERSHIP:
The learner will be exposed to:
- Bottling processes and procedures
- Safety and housekeeping standards
- Quality tests and specifications
- Food handling practices
KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES
- Self-motivated
- Attention to detail
- Ability to interact well in teams
- Ability to work effectively in teams
Skills, Experience & Education
QUALIFICATIONS
- A passing grade in Grade 12, including Mathematics (but not Math Literacy) and Physical Sciences, with at least 50%.
- Passes in two official South African languages, each with a minimum of 40%.
- Applicants must not have finished the same training or program at another business or group before.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must be Employment Equity candidate
- Applicant Must have been unemployed at the during the of appointment
- Must be between 18-35 years of age
- N5/N6 advantageous
