Job Description:
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has exciting opportunities in our Commercial department. We are looking for young dynamic talented individuals for Sales Learnership opportunities at our various regions in CCBSA.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Team Leader: Sales
KEY PURPOSE:
This program aims to teach people how to increase sales, manage orders, and put in place and check merchandising rules for both direct and indirect customers in a specific area. Those taking part will finish a learnership and get a National Certificate in Marketing at NQF Level 4.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have passed Grade 12 with at least 40% in either Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
- Must have passed two South African languages with at least 40%.
- Must have a Diploma or Degree.
- A Driver’s Licence is a plus.
- Must not have finished the same course or training program at a different company or place before.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must be Employment Equity candidate
- Must have been unemployed at the time of appointment
- Must be between 18-35 years of age
- Candidates must be willing to commit for 12 months learnership program
- General
- A learner embarking on this Qualification needs to obtain a minimum value of 120 credits to qualify for the Qualification; this learnership runs over a period of 12 months.
