CCBSA has an opportunity for suitable students to gain on-the-job experience as Quality Assurance In-Service Trainees for a period of 12 months. These positions will report to a Team Leader. The primary goal is to ensure the quality of the product and packaging aligns with company standards while minimizing costs and maintaining records for audit purposes.Key Duties & Responsibilities
As an In-Service Trainee in Quality Assurance, your key duties will include:
Conducting Quality Tests: Perform various quality tests to ensure products meet the required standards.
Compiling Reports: Document and report findings from quality tests.
Communicating Out-of-Line Specifications: Report any deviations from quality standards to ensure timely corrective actions.
Maintaining Records: Keep detailed records for audit purposes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.Requirements
Currently studying towards a degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or a related qualification.
Completed theoretical modules and require practical exposure to complete the qualification.
Understanding of microbiology, chemistry, biochemistry, physics, and mathematics related to the food industry.
Familiarity with laboratory policies and practices.
Thrive in a fast-paced, pressurized, and competitive environment.
Ability to apply theoretical scientific principles to develop novel business solutions.
