Responsibilities:
- Capturing Data: Inputting data from various sources (e.g., forms, documents, online sources) into the required format (e.g., databases, spreadsheets).
- Data Verification: Comparing entered data with source documents to identify and correct errors.
- Data Updates: Ensuring data is up-to-date by making necessary changes and additions.
- Data Validation: Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data.
- Error Detection: Identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies in the data.
- Data Cleaning: Identifying and addressing missing data, inconsistencies, and errors.
- Data Integrity: Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data throughout the system.
Candidate requirements:
- Grade 12 pass is essential
- Minimum of 1 year data capturing experience
- Experience and understanding in Microsoft excel, Word and Office
- Ability to type a minimum of 26 Words per minute
- Attention to detail and excellent accuracy skills
