Engineering Apprenticeship 36 Months Programme

The South African Bank Note Company (SABN), a fully owned subsidiary of the South African Reserve Bank (SARB), is a highly competitive security printing company, which competes on a global scale, using the latest high-tech modern technology and machinery.
SABN offers an apprenticeship for individuals who will qualify as artisans in the fields of Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, Millwright and Civil. The duration of the programme will be 36 months, consisting of theory and on-the-job training.
Requirements:
- Matric with 50% pass for Mathematics and Physical Science
- N2 to N6 certificate in Electrical or Mechanical (Fitter, HVAC and Millwright) Engineering
(indicating the relevant trade theory) - Preference will be given to applicants considered as South African Youth (under the age of 35)
