FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Gauteng, Pretoria
Salary: R7 000 – R11 000 Gross (Depending on Experience)
Key Responsibilities
Financial Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Organize and file financial documents and transactions.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable statements.
- Maintain business relationships with suppliers, creditors, and others.
Bank Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements with financial records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Financial Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Generate financial reports as needed for management review.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in audits and SARS filings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years working in a financial role, preferably in an administrative capacity.
- Solid Understanding of SAGE One Accounting Software
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
