RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Merchandising
- Help take items out of boxes and put price tags on company products at certain stores if needed.
- Make sure the products look good on the shelves, are organized well, and are clean.
- Keep the right amount of products available.
- Find issues that might be causing products to not sell well or quickly enough.
Promotions
- Assist in the erection of promotional displays as and when required.
- Assist the Regional Sales Representative (Retail) during in-store promotions.
Stock Counts
- Count the items on hand at certain stores quickly when asked, before new orders are placed.
- Help gather up items when the plastic packaging is changed twice a year.
Public Relations
- Act responsible and professionally at all times, fostering goodwill and a positive image for the Company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 National Senior Certificate
- Driver License
- 2 years Previous experience as a merchandiser (essential)
