Job description:

Are you enthusiastic about travel and skilled at providing top-notch service? Are you experienced in sales, comfortable with meeting goals and performance standards? As a Customer Operations Advisor, you’ll represent Thomas Cook, addressing customer questions through calls, chat, social media, and email. Key accountabilities

Customer Service Excellence

We give our customers the best service possible, fixing their problems right away, no matter how they reach us. We help customers every step of the way, from when they start looking for a vacation until after they return home. We aim to create strong, lasting bonds with customers to make them happy and increase sales. We help our Customer Service Agents sell vacation packages and assist with customer problems when required.

Sales and Lead Generation

  • Driving sales by managing inbound and outbound calls.
  • Taking the lead on outbound calls and generating new sales opportunities.
  • Building relationships with partners and suppliers to support sales efforts.

Problem solving and Expertise

  • Completely understanding how we work lets us solve problems quickly and give customers expert help.
  • Always learning and sharing what we know with customers and coworkers helps us create amazing holidays.
  • Actively giving feedback and ideas helps improve how things work and makes things better for customers.

Adaptability and multi-tasking

  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Skills, know-how and experience:

  • Must have worked in travel sales for at least half a year.
  • A helpful and optimistic approach is needed.
  • Experience working in a busy sales and service job where you had goals to meet.
  • A strong desire to keep learning.
  • Motivated to get good results.
  • Good computer skills and able to use several programs at once.
  • Must be a motivated person who can start tasks on their own.
  • Able to do many things at once and decide what’s most important.
