Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of daily, monthly and weekly sales targets
  • Protection of all assets (stock, cash, physical assets, staff and customers )
  • through effective implementation of company policies and procedures

  • Ensure correct administration procedures in respect of stock room mark-downs and lay-byes

To maintain optimal sales performance and customer satisfaction, it is crucial to ensure effective merchandise replenishment processes are in place.

Includes consistently monitoring inventory levels, proactively identifying low-stock items, and promptly initiating replenishment orders to avoid stockouts.

Furthermore, a high standard of housekeeping must be maintained throughout the sales floor and back-of-house areas. This encompasses regular cleaning, organization of merchandise displays, removal of clutter, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines to create a positive and appealing shopping environment for our customers.
