OVERVIEW:
CapeNature is looking for a qualified and committed Data Capturer who wants to make a real difference in the EPWP Finance – Asset & Fleet Team. This job is to give good admin help to the Transport Officer in the Asset & Fleet part of CapeNature’s Finance area.
DUTIES:
- Help keep vehicle information current and combined, and make sure vehicle checks happen often.
- Help give out cars for the main office and keep the Landscape list up-to-date as needed.
- Help put together mileage numbers and check bills before they are paid.
- Help check on company property when asked.
- Help record missing items and track down needed papers and requests.
- Help keep vehicle information current and combined, and make sure vehicle checks happen often.
- Do other office tasks given by the Transport Officer.
- Help give out cars for the main office and keep the Landscape list up-to-date as needed.
- Help watch reports and make sure needed information and papers are turned in.
CONDITIONS:
- At least a Grade 12 (Matric)
- Positive mindset and a can-do attitude
- Flexible in relation to changing priorities and deadlines
- Calm under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (E-mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Sound administrative, financial and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal; writing; and presentation skills.
- Ability to speak two of the Western Cape official languages.
- Ability to work both alone and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn & travel.
- Possession of a valid code 8 driver’s license
