As a full-time Store Assistant, you will represent our brand, making sure every customer gets top-notch service and helping the store do well. You will help customers buy things and keep the store looking perfect, which is key to giving shoppers a great experience.
Your Role:
As a Permanent Store Assistant, you will provide unparalleled service, support sales success, and uphold our brand’s reputation through meticulous stock and cash management.
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Control & Accuracy
- Perform cash desk duties with precision, ensuring zero variances
- Manage daily cash control and banking processes
- Handle manual transactions accurately and efficiently
Stock Management & Organisation
- Execute daily stock procedures to maintain store excellence
- Manage customer orders with efficiency and attention to detail
- Conduct weekly stock counts and ensure storeroom organisation
- Complete shoe pairing exercises to maintain display and stock integrity
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Deliver a premium shopping experience by offering expert product knowledge
- Build strong customer relationships through attentive service and styling advice
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm to reflect our brand’s values
What You Need to Have:
- A high school diploma (Grade 12 is a must)
- Six months to a year of work in a store (ideally selling fancy or designer items)
- A strong interest in expensive clothes, shoes, and helping customers
Other Important Skills:
- Good at math and careful when dealing with money
- Able to finish tasks on time in a busy store
- Pays close attention to details to keep the brand looking good
- Works well with others and enjoys being part of a team
- Good at connecting with people and talking to customers
