Office Administrator Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field
  • Proven excellence as an office assistant, office administrator or in another relevant position
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Hardworking and loyal
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Multi-taskingand time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent organisational skills and planning
  • Strong Attention to Detail and accuracy
  • Professional and self-motivated

· Strong Record Keeping Skills

  • Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone

· Ability to Work Without Supervision

· Ability to work under pressure and deadline driven

Job Description:

· Requesting and managing data from clients· – must be excellent in Excel

– Using inhouse developed software

· Managing deadlines for claim submissions

· Managing physical and electronic claim submissions

· Managing queries arising from claim rejections, requesting deadline extensions etc

· Managing supporting documentation that may need to accompany claims

· Be familiar with the processes required for different countries for claim submissions

· Managing analysis of asset manager statements

· Client communication, follow ups and feedback

· Communication with sales team on client sign on and documents required

· Weekly meeting with the claim’s team

· Managing the allocation of tasks to the claim’s team

· Internet research of processes in different countries

Working hours:

730am-5pm Monday to Thursday

7am-3pm Friday

Location:

Corlett Drive, Melrose North, Johannesburg

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R11,000.00 – R12,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
