Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage with clients over the phone to promote and sell our products.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Accurately capture customer information and process applications.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills.
- Collaborate with the team to contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
Experience & Qualifications
- Must have a Matric certificate.
- Must have a valid South African ID.
- Must speak English well and be able to communicate clearly.
- Must be positive and eager to do well.
- Having worked in sales or a call center before is helpful.
- Must be able to come to our Amanzimtoti office every day.
