1.TRANSPORT SAFETY OFFICER
SALARY : R325 101 per annum (Level 07)

REQUIREMENTS :
- You need a bachelor’s degree (or a similar qualification approved by SAQA).
- A degree in Transport Management or Road Safety is helpful.
- You should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar job.
- You need a valid driver’s license (unless you have a disability). K
- ey skills include managing performance, doing research, public relations, community work, handling money and PFMA rules, understanding labor laws, and managing supply chains.
- You should know about road safety products and programs, be able to use a computer, work well with people, plan and organize, and write reports.
DUTIES :
- Find out about dangerous places when needed and look for answers to fix them. Put in place, help with, and manage road safety learning programs.
- Help plan road safety campaigns and projects, like the Arrive Alive campaign.
- Help set up local groups focused on road safety.
- Give support for creating road safety teaching materials and messages.
- Check how things are going and send in reports each month.

2. DRIVER/MESSENGER REF NO: LDTCS 067/2025
SALARY : R193 359 per annum (Level 04)
CENTTRE : Sekhukhune (Lebowakgomo)
REQUIREMENTS :
- A Grade 10 certificate, ABET, AET, or a similar certificate approved by SAQA is needed.
- Having a Public Driver Permit (PDP) is helpful.
- You should have 7-12 months of experience driving.
- A current driver’s license is required.
- Important skills include: solving problems and analyzing information, focusing on clients and customers, and communicating clearly.
- You should also know the laws for Public Service and how to use a car correctly.
DUTIES :
Operate cars and smaller trucks to move people and things like mail and papers for the department. Do regular upkeep on assigned vehicles and report any problems quickly. Fill out all necessary paperwork and vehicle logs about the vehicle and what was transported. Provide delivery services within the office.
